Whitewashed villa with pool terrace

Villa Casa · Puglia, Italy · Since 1887

A house of stone, light and slow afternoons

Five suites, an olive grove and an unbroken view of the Adriatic. Booked privately, one household at a time.

01 — The House

Built as a farmhouse, restored as a retreat. Every wall here has been touched by the same family for four generations.

Casa sits on a limestone ridge above the sea, surrounded by four hectares of olive trees and wild herbs. The restoration kept what mattered — vaulted ceilings, thick walls that hold the cool, terracotta worn soft underfoot.

What we added is quiet: linen, oak, deep baths and a long table under the pergola. There is no reception and no schedule. The house is yours for the length of your stay.

Five suites, each facing the water

Every room is a little different — some open onto the garden, some hold the morning sun. All share the same calm palette of lime, oak and linen.

03 — Amenities

Everything quietly taken care of

A small team looks after the house so you never have to. Breakfast appears, the pool is clean, the car is waiting — and then everyone disappears.
